Daily Practice
If you’ve never tried yoga before, we encourage you to take a class! Our natural setting and expert instructors are ideal for beginners and experienced practitioners alike. Practicing yoga in the midst of the tropical jungle forest—with its emphasis on deep breathing and mindfulness– will cleanse and invigorate you, while releasing toxins, stress and anxiety.
The yoga platform by the river, used exclusively for yoga practice, is the perfect setting to connect with the sounds of the river, the birdsongs and Mother Nature.
